What is Lost Opinion?
Lost Opinion is a real-time survey platform where everyday questions get real answers from real people. No lengthy forms, no demographic profiling — just honest Yes or No votes on questions that spark curiosity and conversation.
We believe that collective opinion is a powerful lens through which we can understand the world around us. Whether it's about technology, society, politics, or everyday life, every question deserves a voice.
How It Works
Browse Active Surveys
Visit the home page to see a live list of ongoing surveys. Each question has a countdown timer showing how long it's open for voting.
Login & Vote
Create a free account or sign in with Google or Facebook. Once logged in, cast your vote — Yes or No — on any open survey. You can only vote once per question.
See Real-Time Results
The results are published for all surveys on the Results page with full vote counts, percentages, and the live verdict — all updated in real time.
Our Rules
- One vote per user per question — no duplicates
- All surveys have a defined open and close time
- Minimum survey duration is 1 minute
- Login required to vote (not to view)
- Results are visible to everyone at all times
Privacy
Your votes are private. We record that you voted but never expose your individual answer to other users. We use AWS Cognito for secure, industry-standard authentication.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties. The only information we collect is what's needed to run the survey platform.
